Management of budgeting, assessment, design, and implementation of application development/LAN/WAN/Telecom for many companies, from 3 to 3000 users at 50+ site locations. Managed a staff of engineers and supervisors to complete all tasks on time and under budget.

• Responsible for all Internet (over 40 .com projects) and application development (over 20 custom applications).

• Supervising special projects and monitoring all personnel involved.

•Overseeing system installations and interacting with clients.

•Coordinating the efforts of the software personnel .

•Writing weekly status reports documenting progress and problems.

•Supervising the maintenance and enhancing previously developed software.

• Installed Microsoft, CA TNG Unicenter, Novell, Unix, Oracle, and HP OPENVIEW systems.

• Management of telecommunication installations including cellular, wireless, radio, and PBX systems.

• Advanced training in telecom and networking for all staff.

• Responsible for all Data and Voice Communications.

• Supported  Cisco, Bay Networks, 3COM, HP, Compaq, Dell, Citrix, IBM, and Novell.
